MOSCOW, February 17 (RIA Novosti) - Launch of the Zenit-3SL carrier rocket with the American communication satellite XM3-Radio has been delayed by another 24 hours, the spokesman for the ballistic service of the Russian Mission Control Center has said to RIA Novosti.

"The blast-off may take place on February 19", he said.

Initially, it was scheduled for 6:53, Moscow time, February 17 from the Odyssey marine platform from an equatorial Pacific region within the international Sea Launch program.

On Wednesday night the Mission Control Center reported a 24-hour delay for technical reasons.

They relay up to 130 digital commercial and state radio channels in the entire spectrum of music, from country to operas. Over 40 satellite channels are assigned for sports news, talk shows, comedies, children's programs, and weather forecasts.

XM3-Radio is a third American satellite of the family. The first two are doing service for American private and state customers.
