Model-makers from St. Petersburg are making the largest model of Russia. Miniature versions of the country's key landmarks cover an area of 800 square meters. These professionals plan to complete the project before the end of the year.
Work on the project began more than two years ago. The layout is covered with forests and mountains, towns and villages, as well as ports, airfields, mines, oil wells, windmills, dams and bridges.
