* Russian President Vladimir Putin will continue his visit to Japan (until November 22).

* The Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will host a seminar on Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization (10:00 a.m.).

* The first session of the Russian-Belarusian joint commission for the protection and rational use of trans-border water facilities will be held (November 21-23).

BRUSSELS

* Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will attend a ministerial conference on the Northern Dimension.

LONDON

* The 24th session of the Assembly of the International Maritime Organization will open (November 21 - December 3). Head of the Russian Federal Agency for Sea and Inland Water Transportation Alexander Davydenko and representatives of the Russian Transportation, Foreign, and Defense Ministries, and the Federal Security Service will attend.

LAGOS

* The Nigerian Court of Appeals will hear the case of 12 Russian sailors accused of crude oil smuggling.
