* An international conference against illegal tree felling with representatives from 55 countries will open (November 22-25).

* Finnish Minister of Health and Social Services Liisa Hyssala will arrive in the northern Russian region of Murmansk on a two-day visit. She will visit a local Tuberculosis center.

* A court of the Siberian Altai Territory will start hearing a case on former governor Mikhail Yevdokimov's death in a car accident.
ASTANA
* The 19th session of the special working group for drafting a convention on the Caspian Sea's legal status will be held at the level of deputy foreign ministers.
KIEV
* Celebrations of the first anniversary of the Orange Revolution in Ukraine will be held.
RABAT
* Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will start his three-day South African tour and arrive in Morocco. After that, he will visit Algeria and Tunisia.
BRUSSELS
* Sessions of the NATO-Belarus political committee and Ukraine-NATO working group will be held.
BERLIN
* New members of the German Bundestag (parliament) will vote for Angela Merkel's candidacy for chancellor.
PARIS
