KIEV, November 23 (RIA Novosti) - The Ukrainian government has proposed selling the country's largest fixed-line telecommunications operator, Ukrtelecom, through auction.
A draft bill has been submitted to the Ukrainian parliament on un-blocking the company's privatization, the Ukrainian Cabinet's press service said Wednesday.
The auction would be held using the same scheme as in the privatization of steel company Krivorozhstal.
