MOSCOW, June 20 (RIA Novosti) - Shareholders of the Russian wholesale generating company no. 3 (OGK-3) decided Tuesday against paying dividends for 2005, the company's press service said.
The company earlier paid interim dividends of 1.32 kopeks ($1 equals 27.045 rubles) per ordinary share on the first nine months of 2005.
The company's authorized capital is 26.7 billion rubles ($987.5 million), with 60% of it owned by the Russian electricity monopoly Unified Energy System.
