MOSCOW, August 2 (RIA Novosti) - RussNeft's net profit according to Russian Accounting Standards hit 4.190 bln rubles ($150 mln) for the second quarter of 2006, up 15% on the first quarter, the Russian oil company said Wednesday.
First quarter net profit was 3.636 bln rubles ($133 mln).
RussNeft, Russia's newest vertically integrated oil company, is among the country's top 10 crude producers. Its recoverable reserves exceed 630 million metric tons (4.6 billion barrels).
