MOSCOW, August 10 (RIA Novosti) - Standard & Poor's upgraded the credit rating of Petrocommerz commercial bank from B/C to B+/B and its national scale rating from ruA to ruA+, with a stable outlook, the international rating agency said Thursday.
S&P said it had upgraded the ratings of Petrocommerz, which is on a list of the country's top thirty banks published by the Central Bank, following the bank's progress in corporate business development, its improved profitability indicators and good capitalization.
