MOSCOW, December 7 (RIA Novosti) - The following rates of exchange of foreign currencies to the ruble of the Russian Federation have been fixed for the purposes of accounting and customs duty payments from December 8, 2006:

1 Australian dollar - 20.6574 rubles

1,000 Belarusian rubles - 12.2313 rubles

10 Danish krones - 46.7525 rubles

1 US dollar - 26.1917 rubles

1 euro - 34.8847 rubles

100 Icelandic krones - 37.9920 rubles

100 Kazakh tenges - 20.4657 rubles

1 Canadian dollar - 22.8151 rubles

10 Chinese yuan - 33.4483 rubles

1 new Turkish lira - 18.1887 rubles

10 Norwegian krones - 43.0063 rubles

1 unit of conditional drawing rights - 39.6631 rubles

1 Singapore dollar - 17.0341 rubles

10 Ukrainian hryvnias - 51.8319 rubles

1 British pound sterling - 51.5924 rubles

10 Swedish kronas - 38.4550 rubles

1 Swiss franc - 21.9361 rubles

100 Japanese yen - 22.7912 rubles

The foreign currency exchange rates to the ruble of the Russian Federation entail no obligation on the part of the Bank of Russia to buy or sell the currencies according to the above rates.
