MOSCOW, January 10 (RIA Novosti) - Credit institutions' balances on deposit accounts with the Russian Central Bank totaled 163.3 billion rubles ($6.2 billion at the current exchange rates) at the beginning of the business day, up 66.5% (65.2 billion rubles/$2.5 billion) from Tuesday, the CBR said Wednesday.
Credit institutions' balances on correspondent accounts with the Bank of Russia stood at 627.5 billion rubles ($23.7 billion), down 7.5% (50.9 billion rubles/$1.9 billion) from Tuesday.
