MOSCOW, April 13 (RIA Novosti) - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Calyon Bank, HSBC, and Raiffeisen Zentralbank Oesterreich AG have syndicated a $300 million loan for Promsvyazbank, the Russian bank's press service said Friday.
Promsvyazbank, which is on a Central Bank of Russia list of the country's top 30 banks by assets, said 33 major international financial institutions in America, Europe and Asia have syndicated the loan.
Promsvyazbank is controlled by the Ananyev brothers, who also have holdings in information technology, media, insurance, industrial companies, and real estate.
Commerzbank Auslandsbanken Holding AG, a subsidiary of Germany's Commerzbank AG, holds a 15.32% stake in Promsvyazbank.
