MOSCOW, July 17 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's United Aircraft-Building Corporation, formed last year from leading domestic plane producers, could hold an IPO in 2008, the economics minister said Tuesday.
"If the restructuring is concluded, UABC could hold an IPO in 2008," German Gref said.
He also said a merged company to be formed by shipping companies Sovcomflot and Novoship could hold an IPO in 2008-2009.
The minister also confirmed that Russia's leading truck producer Kamaz would hold an IPO in the third quarter of 2008, but said that "neither the volume nor the method of flotation has been discussed."
