MOSCOW, September 19 (RIA Novosti) -The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for September 20 is 25.1867 rubles, down 16.8 kopeks from Wednesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Thursday is 35.2135 rubles, up 11.25 kopeks from Wednesday.
