MOSCOW, September 20 (RIA Novosti) -The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for September 21 is 25.1258 rubles, down 6.09 kopeks from Thursday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Friday is 35.2188 rubles, up 0.53 kopeks from Thursday.
