MOSCOW, October 24 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from October 25 is 24.8912 rubles, down 3.13 kopeks from Wednesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Thursday is 35.4003 rubles, up 0.04 kopeks from Wednesday.
