MOSCOW, November 19 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for November 20 is 24.4975 rubles, down 1.78 kopeks from Friday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Tuesday is 35.8619 rubles, up 2.54 kopeks from Friday.
