Average price of Russia's Urals oil up 75% y-o-y to $90.6 in Jan.-Feb.

MOSCOW, March 28 (RIA Novosti) - The average price of Russia's Urals blend oil was $90.6 a barrel in January-February 2008, up 74.6% year-on-year, the economics ministry said on Friday.

The average price for Urals oil, a benchmark for the national budget, was $91.7 per barrel in February.
