Rambler Media posts $6 mln IFRS net profit in 2007

MOSCOW, April 9 (RIA Novosti) - Rambler Media, a leading Russian Internet media and services group, said on Wednesday its net income calculated to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) totaled $6.08 mln in 2007.
In 2006, Rambler posted a loss of $3.18 million.
The group's consolidated revenue more than doubled in the reporting period to $69.08 million, and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) grew 370% to $7.63 million, Rambler said.
Rambler Media group includes the Russian-language internet portal and search engine Rambler.ru, the online newspaper Lenta.ru, the broadband service ISP Rambler Telecom, and the interactive advertising company Index20.
