ULAN-UDE, July 9 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's 2010 budget could be drawn up on the basis of GDP growth of 1%, Russian Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said on Thursday.
"Russia's draft 2010 budget could be based on a 1% GDP growth forecast," Kudrin said.
The Finance Ministry had previously said the 2010 budget was likely to be based on zero GDP growth.
