Dollar down 31.8 kopeks, euro down 2.81 kopeks - Central Bank

MOSCOW, August 20 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for August 21 is 31.6011 rubles, down 31.8 kopeks from Thursday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Friday is 44.9842 rubles, down 2.81 kopeks from Thursday.
