Dollar down 38.99 kopeks, euro down 31.51 kopeks - Central Bank

MOSCOW, August 24 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for August 25 is 31.5544 rubles, down 38.99 kopeks from Monday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Tuesday is 45.1512 rubles, down 31.51 kopeks from Monday.
