Dollar up 27.1 kopeks, euro up 13.1 kopeks - Central Bank

MOSCOW, August 31 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for September 1 is 31.8397 rubles, up 27.1 kopeks from Friday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Tuesday is 45.4321 rubles, up 13.1 kopeks.
