Russian federal budget for 2010

The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for November 19 is 28.7163 rubles, up 3.95 kopeks, the Central Bank said on Wednesday.

The official euro rate for Thursday is 42.7844 rubles, down 11.04 kopeks from Wednesday.
