Russian federal budget for 2010

The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for November 20 is 28.7459 rubles, up 2.96 kopeks, the Central Bank said on Thursday.

The official euro rate for Friday is 42.7998 rubles, up 1.54 kopeks from Thursday.
