Russian federal budget for 2010

The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for November 21-23 is 28.8554 rubles, up 10.95 kopeks, the Central Bank said on Friday.

The official euro rate for Saturday-Monday is 43.0407 rubles, up 24.09 kopeks from Friday.
