Russian federal budget for 2010

The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for the December 2 is 29.1771 rubles, up 10.84 kopeks, the Central Bank said on Tuesday.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 43.8736 rubles, up 10.78 kopeks from Tuesday.
