
Russian-British oil joint venture TNK-BP increased its first half 2010 net profit by 21 percent year-on-year to $2.744 billion to US GAAP, the company said on Wednesday.
First half revenue rose by 49.4 percent to $19.080 billion, and pre-tax profit by 21.8 percent to $3.565 billion, the firm said in a statement.
Net profit for parent company TNK-BP International increased 21.3 percent to $2.434 billion to US GAAP in the first six months of 2010.
