BP's Hayward to replace TNK-BP's executive director

Outgoing BP CEO Tony Hayward, who will step down on October 1, will replace TNK-BP's board executive Andy Inglis, a company source said on Friday.

Outgoing BP CEO Tony Hayward, who will step down on October 1, will replace TNK-BP's board executive Andy Inglis, a company source said on Friday.

Hayward may participate in the next board of director's meeting in October, the source said.

The board consists of 11 people, including four Russian representatives, four British representatives and three independent directors. BP is already represented by its Vice Presidents David Peattie, Deputy Financial Director Ian MacDonald, and Lord Robertson of Port Ellen.
