Gazprom Neft shareholders have agreed to a 7.3 ruble per share dividend for 2011 at their AGM, setting aside 34.61 billion rubles, or 22 percent of US GAAP net profit, and lifting the dividend payment from 4.44 rubles per share in 2010.

The oil company posted a net profit of $5.347 billion in 2011, up 70.6 percent on the previous year.

The company paid out a 21.05 billion ruble dividend for 2010, up 25 percent on the previous year, and 22 percent of the $3.148 billion US GAAP net profit posted for 2010.
