The average currency exchange rate of the U.S. dollar to the Russian ruble at the single trading session of MMVB, on which Russia's Central Bank sets its official currency exchange rate, dropped 21.76 kopecks on Tuesday at 32.1995 rubles to the dollar.

Monday's exchange rate stood at 32.4171 rubles to the dollar.
