Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, who opened an official account on Instagram in February, said on Monday that the photo-sharing service was “very useful” and helped him to learn about people’s problems and dreams.

“Instagram is just entertainment for most people, but it is an additional burden for me,” said Kadyrov, whose account, called kadyrov_95, has more than 43,000 followers.
