ASTANA, October 29 (RIA Novosti) - Five people were killed in a road accident in Kazakhstan's western Aktyubinsk Region, the ex-Soviet state's Emergencies Ministry reported Thursday.
The ministry said a VAZ car collided with a Howo truck on Wednesday evening on the Chimkent-Samara highway.
"The VAZ driver and four passengers died on the site," it said.
