Five cars burned down in the Azerbaijani capital Baku on Sunday, and another five were seriously damaged, no one was reported injured, the ANS television channel reported.
Five firefighting crews were involved in the efforts to put out the fire that started in one of the cars on a parking lot in front of a residential building on Azadlyg Avenue early on Sunday and later spread to cars parked nearby.
Mercedes, Hyundai, Opel and Ford cars were affected. It was not immediately clear what caused the fire.
An investigation is underway.
