
A cargo aircraft with six people onboard successfully performed an emergency landing on an ice-covered Estonian lake on Thursday, the country's rescue service said.
The An-26 twin-engine cargo plane had to land on Lake Ulemiste near Tallinn International Airport during a regular flight from Helsinki to Tallinn. It is still unknown what caused the plane to have to land in this way.
No deaths were reported.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
