MADRID, August 2 (RIA Novosti)
Police in southern Spain have arrested three suspected al-Qaeda members and seized explosives and poison from them, the Spanish Interior Ministry said on Thursday.
The three were arrested in the town of La Linea de la Concepcion, in Andalucia. They are believed to have been planning an attack in Spain.
Interior Minister Jorge Fernandez Diaz will hold a news conference later on Thursday to give details.
