STANITSA VESHENSKAYA (Rostov region, southern Russia), May 25 (RIA Novosti) - President Vladimir Putin arrived today at the Veshenskaya stanitsa (a village in Cossack Russia, on the Don river), a home village of a writer and Nobel Prize winner, Mikhail Sholokhov, who was born a hundred years ago. Putin will go to see the writer's house, lay flowers to the graves of Mikhail Sholokhov and his wife, meet his family and visit the literature museum.
