Kyrgyz Prime Minister Daniyar Usyonov will discuss bilateral cooperation with Kazakhstan’s leadership in Astana, a spokesman for the Kyrgyz government said Tuesday.
“During the visit by a Kyrgyz government delegation to Astana starting Tuesday, Daniyar Usyonov is scheduled to meet with Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev and Prime Minister Karim Masimov,” the spokesman said.
The officials will touch upon hydropower cooperation.
The Kazakh premier visited the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek in October. Masimov said after the visit that hydropower cooperation was of top importance for the two countries.
