Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko said he will not accept the post of the country's prime minister in case his main political opponent Viktor Yanukovych wins the country's presidential election.
"I will not be a prime minister. I have never been and will never be a part of intrigues," Yushchenko told Ukraine's ICTV television channel late on Monday adding that he will definitely become the president.
The pollster's chief, Alexander Bukhalov, told a news conference on Monday that if the presidential elections had been held on November 29, then Yanukovych would have received 29.8% of the vote, and Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko - 14.8% of the vote.
The poll was carried out on November 22-30 and covered 1,000 respondents in 85 populated areas of Ukraine, with a margin of error below 3.2%.
