An accident involving a truck and bus left 13 people dead and another 27 injured in southern Kazakhstan, the country's Emergencies Ministry reported on Saturday.
The accident occurred on an international highway between Almaty and Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. After the collision, both vehicles were engulfed in flames.
There were 51 people on board the bus when the accident occurred.
