We've(nato countries) must of lost atleast a hundred helicopters in Afghanistan by now after a decade in the country and it's amazing all of these crashes are always just crashes or just accidents.

I believe it too; after a RPG hit the helicopter they crashed into the ground, or after the pilot was killed the helicopter it accidentally crashed into the ground.
