Prokhorov jumps to top of Russian richest list, Deripaska tumbles

Mikhail Prokhorov is now the country's richest man with a $14.1 billion fortune, the latest richest list from popular business magazine Finans showed. Oleg Deripaska tumbled from first to eighth place.
