Parade involving about 1,000 blonde girls dressed in pink, white and red dresses in Riga, the capital of Latvia. The girls, many of whom have brought their pets along, marching from Rainis Monument to the Daugava River embankment. The parade motto is "Let's Make the World a Brighter PLace."
