Despite, the recent fashion for Latin American and Asian beauties, Europeans also have something to feel about. Venezuela’s Stefania Fernandez, 18, winner of Miss Universe 2009, was born to an immigrant family from Eastern Europe. She has ancestors in Ukraine, Poland and even Russia.
