Building the Shanghai 2010 Expo infrastructure

The organizers of the Shanghai 2010 Universal Exposition, scheduled to be held from May 1 through October 31, 2010, have built 11 joint pavilions and 37 pavilions that are leased to prospective clients. Over 160 countries, due to take part in the 2010 Expo, will show their exhibitions at these newly constructed pavilions. The 6 sq. km. exhibition grounds are located not far from downtown Shanghai. Up to 70 million people are expected to visit the 2010 Expo.
