Siberia and the Far East are experiencing this week the power of Russian winter. Studies in Kemerovo’s schools were canceled due to 30 degree below zero weather. Early on Wednesday, temperatures fell to minus 40 in Novosibirsk and the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Yakutia is experiencing minus 60 now.
