Talks between Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and U.S. President Barack Obama began in Washington on Thursday morning, and continued over a working lunch. The two countries’ leaders shared a car with a joint entourage to a restaurant chosen by Obama in neighboring Washington, Arlington in Virginia. Later Medvedev tweeted, “Haven't had a burger in a while.”
