The site of the British newspaper Financial Times has published a list of 25 Russians named “the country’s movers and shakers.” Alexei Navalny, a popular blogger and minority shareholder at Rosneft, takes first place. He is considered to be the first politician in Russia to be created almost exclusively by the internet.
