The results of the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest were announced on the night of May 26-27. Sweden’s singer Loreen won the competition, scoring 372 points. Russia’s folk group Buranovskiye Babushki (Buranovo Grannies) came second while the third place went to Serbian singer Zeljko Joksimovic.
