MOSCOW, July 13 (RIA Novosti) - Russia is set to double the personnel at its airbase in Kant, Kyrgyzstan, Russian Air Force Commander Vladimir Mikhailov said Wednesday.
"We intend to double the personnel, at least," he said.
Mikhailov was in the Federation Council (the upper chamber of parliament) to observe the ratification of the Russian-Kyrgyz agreement on the Kant airbase.
