ROSTOV-ON-DON, September 30 (RIA Novosti, Sofia Brykanova) - International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) experts are set to return to Russia after 15 years of absence to inspect a nuclear power plant in the southern town of Volgodonsk, plant spokesmen said Friday. They said the seventeen-member team, which includes inspectors from countries such as the United States, Great Britain, France, Germany, China and Slovakia, will ensure compliance with the international standards of operation and safety.
